Job Description:
Parsons is looking for talented Talent and Training Lead - Knowledge Transfer for an infrastructure project in KSA . The Talent and Training Lead - must have excellent communication and organizational skills, articulates and implements a consistent and effective approach to capturing and transferring knowledge across all functional units at IIE.
Essential Functions:
Supports Knowledge Management Liaisons and communities of practice by providing guidance and facilitating the implementation of the organization’s knowledge management methodologies to their area of practice.
Publishes and promotes standards for effective knowledge transfer, sharing, and communication in the workplace.
Collects and responds to feedback on effectiveness of knowledge transfer, sharing, and communication practices.
Delivers training on educational tools and platforms and champions adaptation of tools.
Identifies the most appropriate tools, platforms, and approaches to promote learning in adult learners.
Education and Experience:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Management and knowledge of the theories and principles in a specialized field or work discipline.
20 years of related work experience.
Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of most effective approaches to promote learning and information retention in adult learners.
Knowledge of current platforms and tools to support learning and communication in the workplace.
Ability to articulate a vision of a professional learning environment.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to engage learners.
Experience with evaluation methods and analytical reporting.
Excellent presentation skills.
