Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Wargames and Exercises Engineer Intermediate (Integrator) to join our team! In this role you will get to support the Missile Defense Agency Directorate for Wargames and Exercises.
What You'll Be Doing:
Executing engineering tasks associated with supporting Combatant Command (CCMD) exercises with designing, building, and running modeling and simulations of ballistic missile defense systems and ballistic missile threats
Execute planning, configuring, monitoring, and implementation of ballistic missile system parameters into simulation software such as MDASIM and EADSIM
Conduct System Engineering Integration and Test (SEI&T) element pre-test coordination, event execution, pre and post mission testing
The candidate will configure and conduct on-console support on designated modeling and simulation workstations that support CCMD and MDA missile defense exercises
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
BA/BS in an engineering field or STEM related field with 7 years of experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (or higher)
Ability to support frequent domestic and international travel
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Familiarity with the DoD Joint Event Life Cycle process
Familiarity with MDASIM, OSM, EADSIM and other modeling and simulation software
Experience with DoD Wargames and Exercises
Ability to configure and operate Windows and LINUX workstations
Software development experience desired
Must be a self-starter, able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Salary Range:
$83,300.00 - $145,800.00
