Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Construction Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to be the owner representative and oversee the construction of a new FAA Air Traffic Control Tower in Ashville, NC.
What You'll Be Doing:
Verifying that the ATCT (Air Traffic Control Tower) is built is accordance with the design and FAA requirements.
Confirm all materials and methods used conform to submitted/ approved materials.
Keep clear and accurate records of the days events
Work closely with the FAA Resident Engineer
Review and approve application for payment
Review and approved schedule updates
Commission ATCT and work with the FAA to ensure timely occupancy
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Proficient in P6
15 plus years of experience building ATCTs
Stakeholder coordination
Impeccable communication skills
Willing to relocate or travel as needed

Salary Range:
$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
