Provides analytical support to, or administrative oversight of, programs and/or projects. Role may include serving as a subject matter or technical/scientific resource. Participates in the development of project management models for forecasting resource requirements, and the resolution of contractual issues.
Support the Mission Assurance Support Toolkit (MAST) Program Manager with project management related activities to include administration, plan review, meeting and project facilitation, metrics reporting, meeting minutes, task tracking, meeting coordination, scheduling, plan updates and edits.
Perform as the SCRUM Master to development staff; manage schedule, create and define priorities.
Apply organizational, program and project management skills to track projects to completion, while managing milestones, deadlines, tasking and calendars.
Support overall MAST Program administration requirements.
Apply risk management and critical thinking skills to create, review and edit MAST program documents.
Apply strategic thinking and perspective for problem identification, issue analysis and resolution.
Research and evaluate new concepts and processes to improve MAST Program performance.
Analyze cross-functional problem sets, identifies root causes and resolves issues.
Support training and collaboration events.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience within related field
Demonstrated ability to independently perform a wide range of support functions, requiring vision, leadership, and proficiency in developing, explaining and implementing policy.
Demonstrated ability to work from an Agency perspective for problem identification, analysis and resolution.
Demonstrated ability to identify problems, analyze them and recommend solutions with minimal guidance.
Strong organizational and customer service skills.
Strong ability to communicate orally and in writing (technical and non-technical).
Demonstrated experience in research and evaluation of new concepts and processes to improve Program performance.
Demonstrated experience in analyzing cross-functional problem sets, identifying root causes and resolving issues.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
FEMA Level 1 (PCP) Certification within 180 days
IT AGILE certification (i.e. SCRM, KANBAN) within 180 days
Basic understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense desired.
Prior position supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA)
Knowledge of the NGA mission and organization
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
