The primary duties for the Project Administrator/Functional Specialist Advisor are to support IT asset management activities.
Duties shall include:
Schedule, update and maintain meeting records, update and maintain meetings agendas, organize and prioritize activities and provide improvement recommendations for the Enterprise Management Control Board (EMCB), Enterprise Management Integrated Product Team (IPT), Weekly TOCM Staff meetings, and other meetings as requested by TOCM leadership.
Support and develop documentation on S+ related projects (ex. SIOB, Deep Dive, Status Updates, etc.)
Provide project management for the performance management database established in Service +, as well as assist in facilitating, collaborating and coordinating meetings and additional activities.
Lead technical activities as it relates to building and maintenance of the CPM tool in S+.
Track, collect data, and capture contract performance comments, capture feedback for development contracts, and assist in extraction of data and imports to the tool database.
Support to SLA team to develop reports for TO supported contracts.
Support Technical Monitor Lead by producing documents, participating in discussions, compiling internal reviews for review and submission.
Support budget activities to include engaging with EM customers on Cloud use/software use for budget projections, engage with SAM office for up to date software license information and develop documentation to support budget activities and status updates.
Support development of knowledge articles for Service+ communications; coordinate with TO Front Office to provide TOCM group information; make updates to TOCM organizational charts when there are changes and communicate to TOCM group.
Setup meetings to include WebEx and facilitate slide presentations for TOCM Leadership.
Assist the TOCM POI with Records Management requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
An Active Top Secret SCI security clearance
A minimum of 11 years of experience and demonstrated competency performing significant support services duties with little or no supervision.
Experience in developing mission and vision statement and/or policy.
Experience in recommending goals and objectives in support of organization's mission and vision.
Experience interacting, coordinating, and communicating with senior-level directors.
Experience with extracting and synthesizing complex information to prepare briefings, read-ahead and other materials.
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications to independently develop material using these applications.
Education: Bachelor's Degree within Technology, Management or Business-related field; 8 or more years of work experience accepted in lieu of degree.
Must have intermediate level proficiency in MS office products. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of IC and DoD asset management policies, procedures, and instructions
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
