Job Description:

Basic Qualifications:

  • An active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain an SCI. Must undergo a CI Polygraph.

  • A Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Possess a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in Project Management, Systems Engineering, or Development of Information Technology systems.

  • Possess experience in defining and managing work in an Agile process. For the purpose of this requirement, an Agile certification from Scrum.org, Scrum Alliance, Scaled Agile, or Project Management Institute, or similar organization will count as 1 year of experience.

  • Possess experience customizing and managing either JIRA or an alternative Agile Project Management tool.

  • Possess experience customizing and managing either Confluence, an alternative Knowledge Management tool, or web development.

Responsibilities' include, but are not limited to:

  • Coach teams in developing and maintaining processes and implementing best practices.

  • Lead teams in conducting Agile team rituals to guide delivery of Features.

  • Participate in team and program-level events.

  • Ensure status in Jira is current.

  • Facilitate cross team communication.

  • Manage and resolve interdependencies.

  • Provide process statistics and reporting.

  • Define and improve processes.

  • Customize Jira and Confluence.

  • Participate in multi-functional teams and manage work through JIRA.

  • Team lead responsible for oversight of all Scrum Master duties.

  • Coach program in tailoring, implementing, executing and improving Essential SAFe processes.

  • Develop team and program-level process and execution metrics.

  • Coordinates and leads Program-Level events.

Salary Range:

$81,500.00 - $142,600.00
