Support The Client's Security and Installations Directorate (SI) Security Polygraph Division's (SISC). Polygraph Examination and Adjudicative Risk Assessment. The Security Polygraph Examiner shall conduct, on a polygraph exams NCE, NCW, and other designated locations. Conduct and administer polygraph examinations. Prepare, submit, and maintain clear comprehensive concise and accurate polygraph charts and test results according to Federal regulations.
Conduct polygraph examinations Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph (CSP) or Expanded Screening Scope (ESS) polygraph examinations to military, civilian and contractor personnel in accordance with customer's policies, regulations, and operating instructions in accordance with National Center for Credibility Assessment (NCCA) standards.
Adhere to the Quality Control Examiner's (QCE) guidance during a test.
Accurately document the results and admissions of each test.
Record and file the results in the Personnel Security file system of record.
Immediately after the exam, report any areas of concern to the QCE and apply the guidance provided by the QCE.
Conduct a minimum of two CSP exams per eight hours of work scheduled or one ESS exam per eight hours of work scheduled, unless directed otherwise by the QCE.
Applying the risk-based approach to security control selection and specification consideration effectiveness, efficiency, and constraints due to applicable laws, directives, executive orders, polices, standards, or regulations.
Must possess excellent organizational skills to ensure required timeliness specified in polygraph exams are met.
Clear and concise writing skills and positive, engaging communication skills.
Proven expertise preparing, submitting, and maintaining clear comprehensive concise and accurate polygraph charts and test results according to Federal regulations
Proficient at making the necessary data entry of polygraph documentation as required by regulations and customer's policies
Experience delivering the polygraph examination report in the format prescribed, in a logically, articulate fashion, that accurately documents the results and admissions of each polygraph examination administered by the end of each day the exam was conducted
Excellent customer service skills and excellent interpersonal skills
Proven communication skills - verbal, written and listening
Excellent attention to detail skills
Able to work effectively according to a schedule and with minimal direction
Active Top Secret SCI security clearance.
Required certifications: NCCA Federal Certified Examiner.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within related field.
Must travel stateside periodically.
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
