Creation of custom widgets using Web AppBuilder.
Design and develop GIS applications for internal use and client deliverables.
Web Map/Application creation & Pulling data into web maps using rest endpoints.
Provide guidance to customer and Team members assigned to project.
Perform quality assurance on GIS data and processes.
Search for and compile field data based on changing project needs and customer specifications; Review available data for relevance and applicability.
Performing administrative and maintenance tasks within the Esri Enterprise.
Manage published services on ArcServer.
Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Bachelor's degree in related field (Geography, GIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related curriculum) is desired, but equivalent experience will be considered.
Active Secret security clearance with the ability to upgrade to TS/SCI level.
Have or ability to obtain a Security Plus (Sec+) certification - DoD 8570 IAT L2 within 1 month of hire.
Must have at least 3+ years of experience in related field.
Background importing/manipulating databases.
Well-developed skills with one or more GIS packages including scripting, programming, modeling, and designing.
Active TS/SCI level clearance.
The candidate should also understand and know how to work/corroborate with intelligence agencies.
Ability to design and maintain GIS databases and other database formats.
Proficiency in cartography and map design, including coordinate systems, projections, and map scales.
Ability to work with ESRI Enterprise system.
Proficiency with Python.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing stakeholders needs/ requirements. Engage with customers to further define business/ product requirements to ensure deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Local or willing to relocate to O'Fallon, IL (Scott AFB within 2-3 weeks).
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
