Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Project Controls Engineer - Change to join our team in NEOM. Parsons is providing Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for the development of NEOM Infrastructure in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. NEOM is a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern Saudi Arabia. The site is near the Red Sea and the borders of Egypt, Israel, and Jordan. It will cover a total area of 26,500 km2 (10,200 sq mi) and will extend 460 km along the coast of the Red Sea.

What You'll Be Doing:
Senior Engineer (RAFT) completes a wide variety of tasks in the site, applying engineering techniques and analyses within one discipline.
The Engineer will manage the installation Raft works on site, communicate with other engineers, foremen, and supervisors to ensure full understanding of the information provided.
check works are completed as required by the specification and manage the installation of temporary works and safety on site
Manage civil construction works in a large-scale construction project in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
Conduct on site investigations and analyze data
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
BE in Civil Engineering with 10 – 12 years of experience in a high-rise building projects
Should be capable to handle the sites independently with good communication skills.
Should be able to co-ordinate with leading international consultants and contractors.
Computer knowledge. – Capable to produce weekly, monthly progress and time schedule reports.
The candidate should have knowledge of all types of testing and knowledge of safety requirements
Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.
