Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Interface Manager to join our team! In this role you will provide professional Interface Lead discipline support to the program with particular emphasis on promoting and maintaining the technical adequacy, uniformity, and quality of the project interfaces, and stakeholders, permitting conformance with approved client standards and codes. Guides peers on all Infrastructure interfaces, throughout the masterplan.
What You'll Be Doing:
Provides technical interface and stakeholders, permitting / coordination guidance to personnel within the Section and the client organization.
Provides technical interface and stakeholders, permitting / coordination advice to other client departments.
Represents the Project team at the delivery coordination and inter-sectional meetings, as appropriate.
Prepares/Reviews (RFPs, RFIs, IABs, TQs, Presentations) documents with design concepts for Infrastructure works.
Provide technical interface and stakeholders, permitting assistance during pre-bid conferences, proposal evaluations, and post-award or other contract conferences.
Reviews A/E designer’s interface and stakeholders, permitting drawings to plot boundary/ RoW and coordinates with the interface and stakeholders, permitting with other disciplines.
Prepares written summary of review comments in Interface Control Form (ICF).
Prepares interface and stakeholders, permitting layouts and conflict solutions with the use of client-based systems.
Prepares interface and stakeholders, permitting correspondences, reports, and studies.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
15 years of related management experience is required, with 5+ years of related experience in Saudi or other GCC countries.
Incumbent should have a broad general technical and business background.
Professional registration may also be required.
Must have the ability to manage projects, interface with clients and enjoy being hands on technically in the project.
Professional registration in the appropriate discipline is desirable.
A proven record of technical and administrative ability in design management and people management.
Must be knowledgeable about the Codes and standards.
Conversant and has a working knowledge of industry-standard software in GIS, CAD, and BIM.
