Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a sharp Mission Integration Engineer/Manager to join our growing Mission Solutions Team!

What You’ll Be Part Of :

What You Will Be Doing :

  • Work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams to do what you love in the Space Systems Engineering world

  • Assess system architecture and current hardware limitations

  • Participate in gathering business and product functional and performance requirements

  • Define and design system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility

What Required Skills You'll Bring :

  • US Citizenship with the willingness and ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Security Clearance

  • Bachelor's Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, systems engineering, or other STEM degree, with demonstrated experience in this mission domain

  • 7+ years of systems engineering experience in the defense industry (Master's degree can be replaced with required experience)

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% possible

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have :

  • Active DoD Security clearance

  • Experience with MATLAB, Solidworks (CAD) or other similar technical experience

  • 2+ years’ experience in government or industry supporting space, aerospace, or related defense programs

  • Familiar with space systems integration analysis and requirements verification processes and are willing to engage in program and technical discussions to determine compatible solutions

  • Experience with effective organizational skills and pursue/deliver solutions including space vehicle and launch integration packages

Salary Range:

$92,200.00 - $161,400.00
