Associate Asset Management Engineer
Are you interested in working with a leading engineering consultancy within a cross-disciplinary implementation-oriented role – then this entry-level Associate Asset Management Engineer role is for you.
This production and implementation-oriented role requires a focused individual with established communication skills and a foundational knowledge of engineering to support development of Parsons expanding Asset Management services within the Middle East.
The candidate will work under the direction of the Asset Management Technical Lead and will support the development and delivery of asset management services across a range of activities including asset management system deployment, support of inspection and asset inventory activities, implementing asset performance metrics, and analyzing total asset lifecycle risk and expenditure data to propose improved asset management activities and mid-term capital plans.
Potential clients include government, local agencies and authorities, and commercial clients.
In this role – you will have a broad exposure to the engineering consultancy environment and rapidly grow your technical and communication skills.
Established communication skills in English and a civil, structural, hydraulics or environmental engineering degree from an internationally accredited University is required.
Support the development and delivery of Asset Management projects within the MEA region under direct guidance of the Asset Management Technical Lead.
Asset management delivery activities include: supporting the development of asset management policies, procedures and standards; supporting implementation of these asset management activities including guiding inspections, asset inventory activities, asset data analysis, and asset reporting; and supporting the development of asset management related outreach and project delivery documents. Activity specific training, guidance, and oversight will be provided to help empower you to be successful in conducting these activities.

Years of Experience: 0-2 Years
Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, hydraulics, or environmental engineering field.
Established proficiency in professional-level written and spoken English is required.
Experience with data analysis and technology implementation activities is a plus.
Experience within roadways, heavy rail or building market space is a plus.
The role will be based out of the UAE with as needed travel within MEA region for project related activities.
