Job Description:
Parsons are looking for a talented Emiratization Lead to support the implementation of the Emiratization strategy in line with promoting the recruitment, development and retention of the company’s Emirati talent. This is an ideal opportunity for an entry level professional UAE National who is passionate about HR and Emiratization, with ambitions to be a focal point for our growing community of local talent.
What You'll Be Doing:
Support the implementation of the Emiratization strategy in accordance with the organizations’ overall goals and objectives.
Act as an ambassador for Parsons and promote Parsons employee value proposition.
Provide support to the business to source, attract, select and facilitate retention of UAE Nationals with a view to integrate them into the organization smoothly.
Network with National Placement Agencies, Universities, Education and Technical Board responsible for maintaining a database of UAE Nationals to keep abreast of the business requirements and provide suitable opportunities.
Represent the organization in Career Fairs, Placement Workshops, Seminars held for National Job seekers in order to enhance the visibility of the organization in the local market.
Develop early career professional programs such as Emirati Graduate Program, Internship and Accelerated Learning Programs to support the engagement and empowerment of UAE Talent.
Develop and maintain relationships with all local Government bodies supporting Emiratization
Work with managers to identify training and development opportunities.
Network with relevant Government authorities and stay up to date with Government regulations and ensure these are communicated within the business where relevant, e.g. the Nafis program.
Provide insights to the training professionals to develop specific orientation and development programs.
Prepare annual plan for placing UAE student trainees / interns on a project basis within the business and induct, orient and introduce the students to their projects, monitor their progress during the placement, and coordinate with their respective colleges to provide feedback to the faculty.
Provide guidance to employees to grow and develop, to produce quality work, and ensure opportunities for career advancement are planned and clearly communicated.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field from a recognized University.
Passion for HR and excelling in challenging environments.
Good communication skills in English language, both written and spoken.
Acute attention to detail and organized.
Teamwork and collaborative skills.
Possess high level of integrity.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle a variety of sensitive situations and confidential assignment.
