Parsons Corporation Senior Resident Engineer - Parks (Civil, Landscaping and Playground Equipment) in United Arab Emirates
Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Resident Engineer to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for the construction supervision and managing the delivery of multiple Projects (Parks) which will have Civil, Landscaping, Playground Equipment etc. The Senior Resident Engineer will lead a team of Resident Engineers and the associated Subordinates (AREs, Inspectors, Surveyors, QSs, etc.) and shall have a minimum of 15 years of experience in which the last 5 years shall be in similar works. The Senior Resident Engineer shall be well versed in the Project Management principles and shall have a proactive and problem-solving approach to support the Employer in the successful delivery of the Projects.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead the Construction Supervision Team consisting of a group of Resident Engineers and other Subordinates.
Managing the delivery of the Project and supporting the Employer to resolve any issues that may impact the Cost, Time and Quality.
Supervise the Construction Works of the Contractors.
Attend meetings with the Employer, Contractors, Authorities, Utilities Providers and any other relevant Stakeholder.
Review Technical, Commercial and Planning Contractor Submittals and provide your approval accordingly.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Minimum of 15 years of experience
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or any other relevant Engineering disciplines
Well versed in Project Management principles.
