Support the Requirements Officer in all phases of JCIDS integration and development, provide analysis of all funding years (FYDP as well as execution phase). Provide analysis of technology advancements and product improvements. Provide technical analysis support and understanding of program requirements to the Fleet (Naval Aviation Requirements Group/NARG, TYCOM Priority Panel/TPP, Operational Advisory Group/OAG, and NAVAIR).

Provides analytical support to, or administrative oversight of, programs and/or projects. Role may include serving as a subject matter or technical/scientific resource. Participates in the development of project management models for forecasting resource requirements, and the resolution of contractual issues.


Serve as liaison to PMA 202 and ensure coordination of Chem-Bio requirements with entities outside Air Warfare to include OSD CAPE< OUSD R&E and A&S, JPO, NAVAIR, and USMC. Monitor PBIS and provide financial management support.

Exhibits technical and operational proficiency in the primary duties of the job family. Plays a key role in implementing projects and programs in the function.

Acts as a resource to managers and employees in the organization.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.


BS degree with typically 2+ years of related professional experience. Required: ten years aviation aircrew systems experience, familiarity with CNAF M-3710.7 NATOPS General Flight Operating Instructions Manual.

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
