Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Collection Management Officer to join our team! In this role you will get to manage multiple platforms, communicate across various groups and agencies, and maintain a solid understanding of existing collection requirements for the Intelligence Community.
Clearance Requirement: Active or Current TS w/ a current SCI and willingness to take a Polygraph.
What You'll Be Doing:
Collects metrics on number or reports produced, evaluations and citation in finished intelligence.
Format, review, quality control, and publish/release Intelligence Information Reports (IIR).
Conduct post-IIR publication, IIR review and annual IIR reconciliation.
Maintain IIR reporting metrics to assist in the collection management mission.
Utilize available intelligence tools to assist in a qualitative review of platform/collection performance.
Present Collection Management trends, issues, and reporting highlights regularly.
Assist and/or lead the production of: IIRs, Collection Posture Statements, Operating Directives, Source Panel Input, Capabilities Statements, Integrated Collection Strategies, and Collection Emphasis Messages.
Serve as the collection manager to the field and consumers. Coordinate collection issues, priorities, requirement topics and concerns.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Excellent writing, verbal, and communication skills.
At least three years in HUMINT collection/operations.
Understanding of analytic priorities and intelligence/collections cycle(s).
Understanding of IIR tracking databases.
Versed in tactical and strategic collection management tasks, to include but not limited to, policy and directives and report writing and release.
Understanding organizational and partner authorities and processes.
Possess knowledge of HUMINT and be the subject matter expert for HUMINT operational cycle and intelligence cycle.
Bachelors Degree AND 8 years relevant experience OR 10 years of relevant experience w/o a degree.
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferably in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, History, Law Enforcement or related field.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Candidates with current polygraphs highly desired.
Experience working as a HUMINT Collector or Analyst supporting HUMINT operations for DoD.
Experience with a variety of IC tools and databases, specifically CHROME, HOTR, TAC, RMT, Palantir.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Ability to multi-task and support multi customers simultaneously.
