Role(s) & Responsibilities
The ImE Senior Advisor shall advise and contribute to user research and analysis tasks for the Task 2 analysis of the MIDB Production Process. In particular, the ImE Senior Advisor works with other personnel to analyze written documentation of SOPs and the OBP process to document analyst workflows; use these workflows as the basis for creating a user survey, collecting and analyzing survey data to identify workflow variance and analyst pain points across FPAs; designs, conducts and analyzes ethnographic research; designs interviews and conducts cognitive task analysis interviews using the goal directed task analysis methodology, analyzes the data to create a goal hierarchy; documents user research including workflow diagrams, user personas, user journey maps and goal hierarchies.
Additional ImE Senior Advisor responsibilities:
Advises and coaches assigned Task 2 personnel
Works with the UX Lead and MCD to schedule engagements with government analysts
Presents the results of Task 2 activities to internal and government stakeholders
Education and Certificates
Undergraduate (minimum) in applicable areas of study (e.g., business, technology, I/O psychology, engineering)
Certification(s) in one or more of the following: Human-centered Design, Product Management, Design Thinking, Service Design, User Research, User Experience design
Immersive Engineering® training
12+ years of relevant experience
Experience includes a combination of the following:
Leading user research activities
User experience design
User experience mapping
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
