Role:

Provide executive-level consulting to the Flag/SES level on strategic Naval Aviation-related PPBE issues. Provide analysis and technical writing to identify logistical challenges in developing force structure requirements across the lifecycle of Naval Aviation programs. Provides analytical support to, or administrative oversight of, programs and/or projects. Role may include serving as a subject matter or technical/scientific resource. Participates in the development of project management models for forecasting resource requirements, and the resolution of contractual issues.

Responsibilities:

Exhibits technical and operational proficiency in the primary duties of the job family. Plays a key role in implementing projects and programs in the function.

Monitor the transfer of requirements and resources to and from various organizations and assists in POM development. Develop and deliver analysis of operation and fiscal risk. Assist in the development of Flag/SES-level presentations.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Qualifications:

BS degree with typically 2+ years of related professional experience. Required: Four years PPBE and POM development. Preferred: Eight years PPBE and POM development at a senior level, six years understanding and analyzing Naval Aviation-specific programs.

Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
