Our Technical Recruiter is the primary point of contact for hiring managers, applicants and candidates and must be able to recruit/hire for any level position within the business, executing full life cycle recruiting processes. As a strategic business partner to hiring managers, you will advise and sell the most appropriate solutions to find and attract candidates. You will learn our proven, repeatable recruiting process guided by the E&TS recruiting service level agreements (SLA) and our teams recruiting acceleration process.
This job can be based in one of our E&TS office locations and a telecommute option is available for the right candidates.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting
Technical Recruiting experience
A combination of corporate and search firm experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Workday experience preferred
